1. What this list is
A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal data on our behalf in order for Scrivio to work. Every one is listed here. We will publish any addition before it takes effect.
2. Infomaniak Network SA — hosting and storage
Location: Switzerland. Purpose: application servers, database, and storage of your uploaded files and transcripts. Data processed: all account and content data. Infomaniak is a Swiss company operating Swiss data centres, and no data is replicated outside Switzerland.
3. Infomaniak — outbound email
Location: Switzerland. Purpose: transactional email only — address verification, password reset, transcript-ready notifications, quota and retention warnings. Data processed: your email address, your name and the subject of the message. We send no marketing email.
4. Changes to this list
We will update this page before engaging a new sub-processor. Customers with a Data Processing Agreement in place will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to object.
